Request
Our customer is a big Ukrainian retailer who wanted to go online to gain new markets. The request was to build an up-to-date, fully functional multilingual online store which would offer a convenient online shopping experience. Besides standard functions, the store should have offered different customer journeys for retail and wholesale customers.
Solution
Our discovery phase featured eliciting and confirming requirements with the customer. After that, we prepared a detailed Software Requirements Specification stating all functional and non-functional requirements, and also prototypes of the future website. IT Prosteer offered design, developed back-end and front-end parts, created a website admin panel, and provided integration with the customer’s ERP system.

Final result
The customer received a stable, responsive online store and CMS admin panel. The store features a catalog with filtering and sorting options, different user journeys for retail and wholesale customers, a review & rating system, and a loyalty program. Integration with the customer’s ERP system was also provided. Our cooperation continues.
