Our client, managing several multilingual online stores, struggled with inefficiencies in their email marketing process. Content managers were required to create each newsletter from scratch or involve HTML coders, which caused delays, wasted time, and limited newsletter variety. This process affected both the marketing and content teams, prompting the client to seek a solution from IT Prosteer to streamline newsletter creation and improve efficiency.

We began by interviewing key stakeholders to identify their specific needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. After thoroughly researching the current CMS, we identified several constraints and system limitations. The solution required seamless integration with the CMS for importing and exporting data, while also allowing users to easily create newsletters for multiple websites and locales. We developed a tool that enabled on-the-spot style changes for website-based elements and synchronized the system with the client’s online stores, ensuring that product details (names, prices, and descriptions) were always accurate and up-to-date within the newsletters.
