Letters templates

 Letters templates
The special editor allows to create the letters templates for the automatic notifications as well as the manual newsletters. The following information is entered in the template:

  • E-mail address, from which the letters will be sent
  • Sender (person, company, organization)
  • Topic of the letter
  • Letter coded in html

The template allows to create letters in different languages in terms of one website and also simultaneously for several websites.

List of recipients

 Setting the list of recipients
The system offers possibility to use various list of recipients: imported list of email addresses as well as the list automatically generated in terms of your database.
The automatic list can be generated based on the various criteria. The criteria depend on the database and used filters. For example, you can generate the list on the basis of the following information about the customers:

  • Website (if you have several websites)
  • Geographic location
  • User language
  • Analysis of the previous orders (certain items / groups of items)
  • Analysis of the present orders (certain items / groups of items)
  • Amount of the order
  • Number of orders
  • Date of the last order

The generated and saved lists (not the random ones) are automatically synchronized with the database. Therefore, you can once set the criteria for their generation and then use them for the following newsletters.


The catalog is aimed at recording each separate newsletter and its parameters. The number and data (which you can also you for filtering the list) are assigned to each newsletter.
You should indicate the following in each newsletter:

  • Title
  • List of recipients
  • Template
  • Should the greeting be personalized or not

Also you can indicate the items from the database, which will be automatically displayed in the letter (with the aid of tokens). Summary on the sent newsletters is displayed below (sent letters, received letters, errors).
You can test the newsletter before sending it.
After you’ve launched the sending process, you can stop/resume it. After all letters are sent, it is marked as “completed”, and is available only for the data analysis.

It’s an automatic sending of the letter triggered by the certain event. Trigger conditions are set in the form of notification.
You can create any amount of triggers (events) for sending notification. Everything depends on your database.

  • Birthday of the customer
  • The preordered items appeared in stock
  • Sending the letter with the list of accessories or related products in a certain period of time
  • Making purchase worth a certain amount of money
  • The client registered but haven’t placed any order
  • The client added the products to the shopping cart but hasn’t bought anything

When the event occurs, the system automatically generates the letter according to the set template and sends it.
